A player is not considered captured till a clan has stated in chat "You are being captured", and the person has dropped their shield to surrender to the enemy team. They must be taken to a prebuilt cell or holding facility after surrender.
A.] You may not intentionally log off in another person's claim, to avoid capture. If you wish to log you must exit/escape their claimed area.
B.] Do not intentionally become captured or fall to an enemy clan to sabotage your own clans war efforts.
C.] If captured you must abide by any clan rules, or current government or customs in the clan. However, you may attempt to escape if a door is ever opened at your own risk. You must also notify your clan of your capture. Requests can include giving up your armor and belongings. Punishments of captures must be reasonable and may not be used to demoralize or otherwise make a player uncomfortable.
D.] If a capture is not freed or has not been told that a rescue unit plans to attempt to free them within 3 Minecraft days, you must let them go or kill them. A capture may return to ask/trade for their items back at their own risk. However, the clan that captured you has the right to claim/destroy your items.
E.] You may logout while being held in a cell/holding facility, if need be, however, you may not attempt to escape if that clan is not online. Logging out during you capture time pauses your timer of 3 Minecraft days. We ask that you serve your time, and only log out if necessary.

╰┈➤ These agreements are allowed to demand payment, to replace lost livestock, or other materials that have been lost in war. A treaty is never allowed to demand land, players or for clans to unclaim their territory or builds.
C.] In the case of surrender. If a clan wishes to surrender their war efforts, the surrendering side must drop their war shields, and display their surrendering shields. However, the other clan may continue to attack if they wish. Whether you have won or lost a war, you must remain neutral to that clan for at least an IRL week before attempting to commit war crimes to start another war with that clan.
